3 AI Voice Detection

The AI Voice Detection feature is intended to simplify expense entry. Users are responsible for verifying automatically detected information before saving it. Indo Expense does not guarantee 100% accuracy of speech recognition.

4 OCR Receipt Scanning

Receipt scanning is provided to improve convenience. Users should verify extracted information before final submission. OCR accuracy depends on image quality and receipt clarity.

5 Salary & Expense Records

Users are solely responsible for:

• Entering correct salary information
• Recording accurate expenses
• Maintaining their financial records

Indo Expense is an expense management tool and should not be considered accounting or tax advice.

6 Promotional Content

The application may display promotional banners related exclusively to Indo Expense. These promotions may redirect users to official:

• YouTube pages
• Instagram pages
• Websites
• Other official Indo Expense resources

The app does not use these banners to promote unrelated third-party businesses.

7 Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, graphics, application design, and content related to Indo Expense are the intellectual property of Indo Expense and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

8 User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the application for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Reverse engineer the application.
• Upload harmful or illegal content.

9 Limitation of Liability

Indo Expense shall not be liable for:

• OCR recognition errors.
• AI voice recognition inaccuracies.
• Internet connectivity issues.
